We have a long weekend this week because we are celebrating Memorial Day on Monday, May 30th.

It is always nice to have a holiday and this one is extra special because we have a yarn bomb to organize.

In other news: I am happy to tell you that the Overlay Crochet Doily tutorial is over and the final post is coming soon.

I have decided that I needed a pillow/cushion more than I needed a doily, so, instead of a doily I now have a nice cushion for my “relax chair” πŸ˜€

I used up a lot of my recycled yarn and will use up more when I yarn bomb some place in my city, for the 2016 International Yarn Bomb day in June, I will keep you posted…

I have a feeling MTB is going to get crossed off this weekend, you have no idea how much I want to see if I can get acrylic yarn “baby soft and fluffy and warm”.

Most of the yarn I have used for this blanket, is the simply soft acrylic yarn from Caron, which is a very soft acrylic yarn in itself, but I have used lots of other brands too, that were on sale, so we will see…

Well, let us stop here, there’s more posts to come on the weekend.

I will be relaxing-working-blogging-visiting with you all this weekend …….so let us connect πŸ™‚

See you soon, stay inspired πŸ˜€

    • I hope you liked the technique, I find that it takes more concentration and yarn but it really gives a nice artsy look to any project πŸ™‚
